Our Founder

Iconiq Advisory is led by Zehra Rizvi, CPA, a Texas-licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Coach with a strong academic and professional background in accounting and taxation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston.

Zehra began her career in public accounting at a Big Four firm and later worked in private industry, gaining experience with Fortune 100 companies and growing organizations. Her professional background spans a range of industries, including entertainment, insurance, oil and gas, financial services, fintech, and manufacturing.

This blend of public and private experience allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to client engagements, combining technical precision with practical business insight.
